Cooking Classes 2011
[An outline of the rest of 2011s Cooking Classes. More details will follow close to the date.
All classes are on Tuesday nights from 6:30 to 8:30pm.
They include a five course Tasting Dinner of what we are demonstrating.

April 5th: "How to plant an herb garden, and cooking with herbs" featuring Lukba Shramm from Shramm's Greenhouse.
May 24th: Healthy spa cooking with a focus on cooking sea foods, and how to prepare incredibly delicious foods in a healthy way.
June 28th: Outdoor grilling and preparing foods outside. Everything from means and sea food to vegetables..
July 26th: Cooking locally, and the art of slow cooking outside on your smoker or grill. This session we feature local growers and farmers and their products.
August 30th: Preserving, canning, and our season's bounty. We will demonstrate how we can, preserve and pickle all the wonderful produce our area has to offer.
September 27th: Pie Making Class: a course on how to make wonderful dough (both pizza and savory pie dough) and how to fill them.
October 25th: Soup Making for the Winter. Lynne and Wendell will help prepare you for winter with a demonstration on stock making and soup making.
