Fresh Norwegian Salmon with Apricot Glaze -- Fresh Norwegian Salmon seasoned and seared with a wonderful Apricot Glaze and served with a side of Smashed Yukon Gold Potatoes.
Steamed Fresh Clams And Mussels Over Squid Ink Linguine-- Fresh Little Neck Clams and Mussels steamed with Leeks, Elephant Garlic, Fresh Shallots and served with a very light tomato sauce over squid ink linguine.
Smoked Prime Rib Of Beef--Bone in Prime Rib of Beef - Smoked outside in our Smoker and Served with Natural Au jus.
The Bistro 120 Baby Back Ribs--A specialty of the House. Baby Back Ribs slow roasted and then Baked in our Homemade Barbeque Sauce. A Full Rack of Ribs. Wonderful. Wendell suggests a nice Glass of Italian Col Di Sasso Sangiovese.
Guinness Steak--A Center Cut New York Style Strip Steak seasoned in our Own Seasoning Blend and Seared in Heavy Cast Iron. Deglazed with Guinness and Honey. Served with Madeira Mushrooms. Great with a Pint of Guiness
Kirk's Favorite--A Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chop Wood Roasted over Hickory. Sliced and Topped with our Homemade Barbeque Sauce and served over Pasta.
Irishman in the Bronx--A Bistro Specialty we offer during the cooler months of every year. A Center Cut New York Striploin Seasoned and Sautéed on a Heavy Cast Iron Flat Pan. Finished with Irish Champ on the sides with our Homemade Coddle Sauce. (Coddle sauce is a light Beajoulaise Sauce). Hearty and very tasty.
Bistro 120 Rack of Lamb--Half a Rack of Australian Lamb Seasoned and Seared in Heavy Cast Iron and served with our Homemade Mint Jelly on the Side.
The Paw Paw Steak--We Citizens of Paw Paw live Elegantly. We love our Center Cut Filet Mignon with Fresh Mushrooms and Leeks. Because of this particular cut, it is highly recommended to be done at or rarer than medium. Wendell recommends a glass of Geyser Peak Cabernet Sauvignon.
Sticker in the Tongue--A Center Cut New York Strip Steak seasoned with our own Seasoning Blend and Japone Peppers, Andouille Sausage and Seared in Heavy Cast Iron. Deglazed with Cabernet Sauvignon and served prepared to your liking. This entree is SPICY.
The Pasta Bowl--Our Pasta Bowl with Assorted Fresh Pastas. Topped with our Heart Healthy Marinara Sauce . Our Marinara is full of Fresh Herbs and Fresh Vegetables. This is a Heart Smart Entree. Very Hearty and Very Healthy.
