GASTRO PUB FEATURE'S

Wendell and Lynne are working on a new Gastro Pub Menu (A Gastro Pub is a Neighborhood Pub which features Very Good Food).

Our Gastro Pub Menu comes served on it's own (without soup or salad included - you may add those if you wish)

CHICKEN PARMESAN - Grilled Chicken Breast lopped with our Housemade Marinara Sauce and Provolone Cheese served on Pasta.              

STRAWBERRY RHUBARB CHICKEN - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Seasoned and Sauteed served on a Bed of Fresh Michigan Strawberry and Rhubarb Sauce made in our own Kitchen.                 

PASTA WITH BISTRO TOMATO SAUCE - Pasta tossed with our Housemade Tomato Sauce and finished with our Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese. We top this with Fresh Basil Pesto right out of our Garden. Very Tasty and Very Healthy.                         

APPLEWOOD ROASTED SPARERIBS - Spare-ribs that Wendell Slow Roasted outside over Applewood finished with Housemade Barbeque Sauce. Served with a side of our Housemade Smashed Potatoes.

L&W'S FRIED CHICKEN- Wonderful Otto's Chicken Cut into pieces and soaked in Buttermilk and Tossed in Seasoned Flour and Fried. Served with our Housemade Vegie Slaw and Smashed Potatoes. 

LAMB SMOKED IN HAY - Leg of Lamb Rolled in Fresh Herbs from our Garden and Smoked outside over Applewood sliced and served on a Toasted Pita Bread with Natural Lamb Juices Served with a Side of Moraccan Lemon and Olives. Served with Smashed Potatoes.                              

FRESH IRISH SCALLOPS - Fresh Scallops Pan Seared with Fresh Shallots and Scallions and finished with Bailey's Irish Cream and Fresh Cream. Served with Smashed Yukon Gold Potatoes.            

PESTO PASTA WITH FRESH GULF SHRIMP -- Pesto Pasta made with Fresh Herbs from our Garden and topped with Fresh Gulf Shrimp (Brought in today from our Seafood Company in Chicago) and topped with Fresh Shrimp from the Florida Gulf Coast that has been Sauteed

in Heavy Cast Iron.

FRESH SMALL WHITEFISH A Smaller Portion of our Potato Crusted Whitefish served with our Fettucine Pasta Sauted with Shallots, Garlic and Scallions.

ALMOND CRUSTED COD - We Take Fresh Cod and encrust it with Crushed Almonds and Panko Bread Crumbs. Served with Smashed Potato.

BISTRO 120 CHICKEN MARSALA - Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Seasoned and Sauteed. Finished with Fresh Scallions, Sliced Mushrooms and Marsala Wine. Served on Pasta.

OTTO'S CHICKEN WINGS - Six Fabulous Otto's Chicken Wings Seasoned and Dusted with Flour and Deep Fried. Served with a side of Chipotle Dip and. with a Bleu Cheese Salad.

FRESH CALAMARI THAI STYLE - Fresh Calamari Flash Fried and Served on Pasta with Thai Sauce, Fresh Shallots.
